Return Window
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of your delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:

In their original condition

Free from marks, stains, sweat, deodorant transfer, or signs of wear

Returned with original packaging and tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Free Returns
We provide free returns for all qualifying items within the 30-day return window.
Exchange Option (Free)
Prefer something else? You can exchange your item for any other hat for free.
Once we receive your return, your exchange will ship out at no additional cost.
Refund Option
If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange, we are happy to issue it back to your original payment method.
A $5 restocking fee applies to refunded items.
Refunds are issued once your return has been received and inspected.

Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll replace it at no cost to you.
Initiating a Return
Email us at hello@kabragolf.com with your order number, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
